How Do I Use Emotional Aromatherapy?

Here’s how I started using emotional aromatherapy. It was why I joined Doterra because I was battling ongoing health concerns & out of options. I had chronic Lyme Disease, mold illness, & heavy metal toxicity. Because of this I spent years wasting away, bedridden, searching for answers.
